Process & Commissioning Engineer
Bridging oil & gas field expertise with clean energy innovation — CO₂ capture, biogas upgrading, and industrial commissioning across three continents.
About Me
Process and commissioning engineer with 8+ years spanning upstream oil & gas, academic research, and clean energy. Based in Montpellier, France — open to international opportunities.
My career connects two worlds: the rigor of oil & gas field operations and the innovation of the energy transition — CO₂ capture projects, biogas upgrading commissionings, and 5 years of fluid mechanics research in Grenoble.
I design clean energy systems with the operational discipline of someone who has worked under pressure in the field.
Technical Expertise
Deep technical knowledge spanning the full energy value chain — from upstream production to clean energy systems.
Design and optimization of carbon capture systems using amine scrubbing, membrane separation, and cryogenic technologies. Process simulation with Aspen HYSYS for decarbonization projects.
Commissioning of biomethane production units applying membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Full FAT/SAT testing and P&ID validation at industrial scale.
5 years of research in Grenoble on multiphase flows, heat transfer, and complex fluids. CFD modeling with COMSOL and ANSYS; data analysis with Python and MATLAB.
Field engineering covering well testing, production logging, and surface operations. Practical experience in Ecuador, Russia, and offshore environments.
End-to-end commissioning management for industrial process plants. Pre-commissioning checks, FAT/SAT, P&ID walkdowns, loop testing, and operational handover documentation.
Advanced expertise in multiphase flows, non-Newtonian fluids, and heat & mass transfer. Research-grade knowledge applied directly to industrial process design challenges.
